  • Do we do natural hair & relaxed hair? 

Yes, we specialize in all hair types and textures. Our specialties include, natural hair styling, protective styles like braids and twist, weave extensions, color, clipper cuts, relaxers and much more.

  • Are deposits refundable?

No, Deposits are not refundable. Your deposit can be transferred once for another appointment time with the same stylist. To book with a different stylist, it would require a different deposit. 

  • Is money taken at the time of booking? 

Only if your service requires a deposit. Usually for services over $100. Putting a card on file at the time of booking is simply to reserve your appointment time. Your card will only be charged for a no call or no show. 

  • Do I have to come with my hair washed? 

No. We are a professional licensed salon. All hair services includes shampooing and conditioning the hair. 

  • Should I prep my hair before a service?

Yes. Your hair should be detangled and ready for shampooing. There will be an additional fee, should the stylist have to detangle for more than 15 minutes. 

  • Do we service kids, men or elderly? 

Yes, we service all age ranges, ethnicities and genders. 

  • Do we provide hair for braids or extensions?

No, hair is not included with a service nor do we provide hair. If you are getting a weave extension service, consult with your provider about hair. 

  • What products do we use?
